Written assessment of the artist concept or architectural intent. Identifies fabrication risks, material constraints, and budget exposure before committing to design.
DELIVERABLE 02
Constructability Assessment
Engineering and fabrication feasibility review with go / no-go recommendations on material systems, joinery, structure, and install.
DELIVERABLE 03
ROM Budget
Rough-order-of-magnitude budget with line-item breakdown across materials, fabrication, engineering, PM, logistics, and install.
DELIVERABLE 04
Materials & Finish Specs
Specified materials with grade, finish, source, and outdoor performance. Mockup recommendations where warranted.
DELIVERABLE 05
Design Development drawings
DD-quality drawings produced to fabrication-ready standard. Suitable for issue to multiple bidders without rework.
DELIVERABLE 06
Fabrication RFP Authoring
The procurement document for the fabrication bid. Scope, schedule, deliverables, payment structure, evaluation criteria.
