Nest is the first of five sculptures being fabricated by Demiurge for Erick Johnson this year. Nest was originally commissioned by the Museum of Outdoor Arts for it’s permanent collection but was placed for temporary exhibition at Republic Plaza in downtown Denver. One year later the piece was relocated to it's new, permanent home in the City of Greenwood Village's Westland's Park.

Johnson has been creating public art in Denver since the 90s, and Demiurge has been fortunate to work with him on a number of them.
